TCS: It's hard to eat it while it's still talking!

It's not every day you get a call for a talking chicken. A PLUCKED talking chicken. David Jellison, directing for TWC, needed just that for a Web spot for Barbecues Galore. Mold a real chicken, pour clay into the mold, enhance and improve the casting, make a *second* mold, then pour up a silicone skin. Make up some simple rod and cable mechanisms, stuff 'em in there, give it a kick-butt paint job, and you're ready for the pool party! Rick and the clever artists at TCS created a happy, flappy little guy, who can appreciate the finer things in gourmet cooking. It's all in the sauce!
